Getting It Right For Every Child also known as GIRFEC is the national approach in Scotland to improving outcomes and supporting the wellbeing of our children and young people by offering help and support. The SHANARRI wheel below is used to  idntify the areas the child or young person requires support in. The purpose of the Getting It Right for Every Child approach is to offer solutions and/or support that improve outcomes for the child or young person to sustain or improve their wellbeing.
